Japanese police have arrested three boys on suspicion of murder

Japanese police have arrested three boys on suspicion of murdering a 13-year-old junior high school student in Kawasaki City, near Tokyo.
Ryota Uemura was found dead on the banks of the Tama River on February 20th, with stab wounds in his neck.

Police first arrested an 18-year-old high school student earlier Friday.
Later in the day, they arrested the other two boys, aged 17, also on suspicion of murder.
Surveillance camera footage taken around 2 AM on February 20th shows several boys walking toward the river. One of them is believed to have been Uemura.
Uemura had frequently been seen with a group of boys since November. They were spotted together in a park late at night.
